Happy 4th of July everyone! I know this isn't a big deal for some of you out there, but for anyone living in the United States it is. As always, the 4th of July is a day to get off of work, spend time with family and friends, and just flat out have a good time. Shoot off fire works, go swimming, have cook outs, etc; what you do is really up to you! Now with that being said, today I'm actually going on a mini road trip (about two hours away) to a 4th of July party I have been invited to, and because of that I really won't be around to update the blog. Even so I would like to share with you guys one small news announcement you may or may not already be aware of.
From now until the launch of the Xbox One console, Microsoft will be giving away two free games a month for anyone who is subscribed to their Xbox Live Gold service. Within the next few weeks the first free game will go live, and it is none other than Assassin's Creed II. If you've never played an Assassin's Creed game before, now is your chance to jump into the series with what many might consider the "best" game in the series, and you will get to experience it all for free!
