HOENN CONFIRMED!! Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire set for a November 2014 Release!

This morning Nintendo posted a short video on their official Pokemon channel announcing the much-anticipated remakes of the Generation 3 Pokemon games: Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire.

The 'trailer' isn't much to look at, solely showing off the boxart, however the boxart legendaries, Groudon and Kyogre, look quite a bit different. More than likely these are actually Mega Evolutions of the two main members of the Weather trio, however nothing on that has been confirmed yet. Some keen-eyed people have also noticed deeper meaning behind the names, as the Magma and Aqua logos slightly resemble the symbols for Omega(Ω) and Alpha(Α), respectively, although both are probably coincidences.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire launch November 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS, and, while nothing on this is confirmed, I'll be waiting for a set of matching 3DSXLs, which I think would blow the Gen 6 3DSs out of the water (so to speak).
