Today, at around 3:30 PM EST a new Spiral Knights update goes live. Not a big deal, just the same anniversary promotion as last year, however there is one thing new.
Three Rings is also releasing the new design for the HUD along with it. If you haven't seen it on their Facebook page, the new HUD is much more detailed and provides a lot more information, including enemy healthbars and the minimap displaying the enemies themselves. Visually it's much shinier and improves a lot of the undetailed icons, however the layout is much, much different. It might be hard to adjust to at first.
Regardless, I'll be waiting patiently in Haven for the update to go live.
