Daedalic Entertainment and Three Headed Monkey Studios have announced the brand new classic-styled adventure game GHOST HAUNTING.
The game is a love letter to the 90s and brings pixelated mischief, cheeky demons, and heartwarming chaos to the world of point & click adventure.
Players take on the role of the 8 year old Gigi as she journeys into the afterlife with her talking pumpkin-demon named Baron Butt(er)nut.
You can wishlist the game today on Steam, but for more here is the overview and announcement trailer.
About:
During a supposedly relaxing vacation, Gigi stumbles upon the family secret: her grumpy grandpa Giovanni is a legendary ghost hunter. This revelation quickly spirals into a plan to bring back her late grandma from the realm of the dead. How hard can it be? Spoiler: very hard. And potentially world-ending.
With handcrafted pixel art and a quirky cast of characters (say hello to the Gargoyle Labor Union and some one-quarter-dead zombies), this game is a story that explores grief, growing up, and ghoulish missteps. GHOST HAUNTING delivers everything players love about the golden age of adventures—without the frustration.
