Every year, the writers of Netto’s Game Room reflect on the titles they’ve played and ultimately decide which ones they consider their "favorite games of the year." Unlike typical Game of the Year lists, however, these games are chosen entirely by personal preference (without internal voting), and sometimes more than one title will win.
While we typically announce our winners via an article at the end of each year, not everything has survived the test of time. So, here is a complete list of every game that has "won" Game of the Year for at least one of our writers, as well as the standout games we felt simply deserved recognition.
