Silver Lining Interactive and Painted Black Games have announced the demo for their new cozy horror game The Road Of Dust And Sorrow is now available; full game is set for release on PC in the near future.
While a release date has yet to be announced, a new Demo can be played today, allowing players to get a first look at the upcoming title.
"This project is our heart," says Roman, Head Developer at Painted Black Games. "We’ve learned that when the world feels uncertain, you find strength in those you love. We built this game on that belief, and we hope our players feel it too.’’
The game follows a young woman named Katherine, as she navigates a mid-90s infused world, while attempting to protect her daughter Ava from creatures driven by a primal hunger. It is said The Road Of Dust And Sorrow will blur the lines between necessity and cruelty, and force players to wonder just how far is too far, when it comes to protecting the only thing you have left.
