Microsoft has announced a price update to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and with it comes the removal of Day One Call of Duty.
Beginning today, Game Pass Ultimate will be available for $22.99 a month, $7 less than the previous price of $29.99.
With this reduction in price, the yearly Call of Duty release will no longer be included as a Day One title, and instead will be added to the service the following holiday season—roughly a year after the title's initial release.
Microsoft has stated that this will not impact Call of Duty titles that are currently available on the service, but will instead begin with the 2026 release.
