Square Enix has announced Dragon Quest XII: Beyond Dreams, a complete reboot of the original Dragon Quest XII project.
It was revealed during the 40th anniversary event that the previous version of Dragon Quest XII hit many hurdles during development, and it was ultimately decided to restart the title from scratch. With this revamp comes the new title, new story, and a completely new direction.
Unfortunately this means fans will have to wait a little longer for its release, but you can check out the new trailer below.
