Arc System Works has released a new trailer for the upcoming River City Saga: Journey to the West in honor of the game's store pages now going live; the title launches on June 3rd, 2026 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and PC.

This title is based on *Journey to the West*, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of China, following on from *Romance of the Three Kingdoms*. Designed as a roguelike with deep replay value where you grow stronger with every playthrough, it is a game that can be enjoyed at your own pace in single-player mode.
