Framling Studio and Erabit are excited to announce the reveal of the Steam page for their indie suspense visual novel Kiss or Kill. Combining the emotional tension of romance reality TV with the deadly pressure of a survival game, the title invites players into a seven-day experiment where love, manipulation, fear, and death are inseparably intertwined.
Players take on the role of Valen (name customizable), a programmer working at SIG Corporation, who suddenly becomes trapped inside an AI-controlled dating reality show simulation. Within this system, 200 participants are forcibly divided into groups consisting of “one woman and three men,” and must survive a seven-day “romance experiment.”
image.pngDuring the day, contestants are required to complete dangerous “romance missions” in order to maintain their Heartbeat Scores and relationships. At night, players are given only a limited amount of time to investigate the hidden truth behind the simulation.
If a contestant’s Heartflutter Rating drops low, they are publicly executed.
As the experiment progresses, trust begins to collapse.
Some participants fall in love. Others manipulate, betray, or sacrifice each other simply to survive. Inside this AI-monitored reality show, the line between genuine affection and survival instinct grows dangerously thin.
