Solo developer Argyro Brotsi has released a free demo for her upcoming hand-painted cozy adventure game Seina: a Tale of Spirits, a title that was inspired by her honeymoon trip to Japan.
The demo offers a first hands-on look at protagonist Mika's journey to find her missing cat, as she steps into the spirit realm and meets the gentle inhabitants within it.
"Seina started in a small Japanese village, not at a desk," said Argyro Brotsi, solo developer and founder of Pofupofu Studios. "I fell in love with the quiet of those places, the way the light fell through the trees, the way nothing was in a hurry, and I wanted to give people somewhere to step into that feeling. The whole game is my love letter to that trip."
The game features a low-pressure pace, and is set to release on both PC and consoles at a later date, but you can head over to the Steam Page to try the game out today.
