Thanks to a group of volunteers, the Strategy Guide for the Nintendo 3DS game Fragrant Story has finally shipped.
The guide covers the base game and its Free DLC expansion PAPAYA'S PATH, and has been provided for free to those who originally ordered the book back in 2023/2024. Additionally a limited number of remaining copies are also on sale via the official charity fundraiser website.

Today, all orders for the Nintendo 3DS physical strategy guide for FRAGRANT STORY have officially shipped by volunteers. It covers the base game and its Free DLC Expansion called PAPAYA'S PATH. The majority of these books were provided free of charge; due to extended wait times, the creator voluntarily refunded everyone who ordered in 2023/2024, offering eventual fulfillment.
Since then, volunteers at HumbleCat Charity have worked to recover the components, finalize the layout, and coordinate printing and manufacturing of this specialty product. The strategy guide required multiple manufacturing steps for scented cards, bookmarks, maps, postcards, and branded overwrapping.
Note: Patching still works! As of 2026, the physical and digital copies of Nintendo 3DS game Fragrant Story may still be officially updated with the Free DLC Expansion Papaya's Path, directly from the Nintendo 3DS eShop, by connecting to the internet and starting the game. The user will be prompted to download automatically. The store does not allow purchases, but updates still work.
