Deep Silver
and KING Art Games have released a Game Overview Trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV set to release on PC.

Set to be the biggest title in series history, the game features four playable factions, more than 70 missions, 30 multiplayer maps, The Last Stand and the deepest army customization yet.

You can learn more about the game and watch the full trailer below.

About:

Fight through four complete campaigns, totaling more than 70 missions with branching choices and co-operative play. Command the Space Marines, Orks, Necrons and Adeptus Mechanicus – four distinct factions, each with their own units, mechanics and approach to warfare. Master their strengths as you expand your forces and dominate the battlefield.

Take the fight beyond campaign in Skirmish with dozens of customisable settings, four game types and support for up to five AI opponents. Shape the battle, set the challenge and carve your path to glory.

Then take the war online. Battle players worldwide across 30 multiplayer maps, three game types and with extensive customisation options that put every variable under your command. Challenge yourself, and others, in the exact way you want to play.

Fan-favourite co-op survival mode The Last Stand is back. Team up with two allies and hold the line against relentless waves of enemies. Choose from five heroes and assemble your Strikeforce of companion units, bringing new layers of strategic depth to every run.

No matter what mode you choose, make every army your own with the enhanced Painter tool. Choose from dozens of presets or create your own schemes with colours, decals and war gear. For the first time, Dawn of War IV gives you complete creative control to paint your units’ armour and equipment piece-by-piece.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV launches on December 3, 2026, with Commander Edition players deploying from November 30 through a 3-Day Early Unlock. Both editions are available to pre-order now with a 10% discount. The war will continue long after launch. Year One includes free updates featuring the return of Crusade Mode, new maps, modes, Commanders, and the Mission Editor, alongside two major story expansions that will deepen the conflict on Kronus and introduce a new playable faction to the battlefield.
