Ok guys time for some good news! The PSN Shop is finally back up and
running again, something I know a LOT of people have been waiting for!
Although PSN did officially go back up a few weeks ago, the PSN shop was still down and all Sony ever talked about was what they would give us once the shop went up. Sony announced that everyone would be getting a free month of PSN Plus (users who have it now will get an extra 30 days), and we would get to pick either 2 PS3 or PSP games to download for free.
Well even though the shop is back up and running, the Welcome Back program still isn't in effect. If you're like me you most likely ran to your PS3, turned the thing on, then went "WHERE'S MY FREE GAMES!?" Well yeah, it didn't quite go like that, but still...
Apparently the Welcome Back program will go into effect later this week (most likely Friday), but until then you can still go get your DLC or buy games you've been wanting to get. When this Welcome Back program does come into effect, I will make sure to let you guys know so dont worry!
