Xenoblade Chronicles X Appears on PC Microsoft Edge Enhanced List

The Nintendo Switch exclusive Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition has appeared on Microsoft's Microsoft Edge Enhanced Game List.

This was reported by Lewis White over at VIDEOGAMER and the listing has since been removed. However, it can still be viewed by using the Internet Archive, where we clearly see the game at the bottom of the list.

This listing is especially odd considering Nintendo typically does not release their exclusive titles on other platforms or on PC. While Nintendo has branched out into the mobile market, a PC release of a game like Xenoblade Chronicles X is outside of their usual strategy.

As for what an Edge Enhanced game is, here is the exact description provided by Microsoft:

PC gamers frequently look up tips, guides, and other help while they play. For a selection of popular PC games, Microsoft Edge Game Assist makes this easier than ever by highlighting helpful resources whenever you open a new tab. Many popular PC games are already enhanced for Game Assist, with more on the way.

Of course this doesn't confirm the game is coming to PC, but it is interesting that the game appeared on the list to begin with, and that it was quickly taken down.

We will continue following this story and release updates as they become available.
