Nintendo has updated the SNES Nintendo Classics app for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 to include control customization, and to enable mouse support for select titles.
Previously Mario Paint released with mouse support, however games such as Mario's Super Picross and Nobunaga's Ambition now support mouse controls as well.
This can be achieved by either using a USB mouse, or using the Joy Con 2s on the Switch 2.
As for controller customization, Nintendo will allow players to set their own button configurations per game, allowing players to fine tune each title to their own preferences.
