After four years of production, INKLINGWOOD STUDIOS, founded by husband and wife team David and Sophie Younger, have announced their new Point and Click Adventure Game FOOLISH MORTALS will be releasing on November 5th, 2025.
FOOLISH MORTALS is a hand-drawn classic styled adventure game which features full voice acting, over 100 items to pick up and use to solve puzzles, more than two hours worth of original music, and over 35 unique characters.
While the game features a "spooky" setting, the game is not a scary experience, and features no dead-ends or deaths. It is a cozy experience from beginning to end, designed for players of all skill levels to enjoy. With a helpful hint system, even puzzles can be solved without leaving players stuck for hours.
The game will also be available as a physical "Big Box" Edition, which includes 15 collectible goodies.

FOOLISH MORTALS is a full-length, fully voiced, hand-drawn game in the classic style, inspired by games like Monkey Island and Broken Sword. Immersed in 1930s Louisiana, players take on the role of young treasure hunter Murphy McCallan, voiced by acclaimed actor AJ LoCascio (Marty McFly in Back to the Future: The Game, Han Solo in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Gambit in X-Men ’97, and more).
The story? Louisiana, 1933. Thirty-three years ago an entire wedding suddenly & mysteriously vanished on the island of Devil's Rock, and with it went the location of the lost treasure of Bellemore Manor. To find it, you might need to die too.
