Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is finally here, and one little fact about the game is the fact that it includes an auto-save feature. While this is great in most cases, there is one issue with it.
Without going into spoilers, Prime 4 does in fact feature a point of no return and the auto-save does its job to make it so. As soon as players cross this moment in the game, there is no going back, and anything left unfinished will have to be tackled in an entirely new playthrough.
This is why we strongly recommend making at least a second save file when approaching the end of the game, but only if you want to keep playing after the credits roll without starting over.
