PQube and developer Wild Sheep Studio have announced Adorable Adventures, launching in 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
The game tells the heart-warming story of Boris, a curious baby boar, as he sets out on an adventure to find his missing family. Players will use Boris' incredible sense of smell to navigate stunning natrual landscapes, and slowly reunite with his brothers and sisters.

Overview:
The serene national parkland that Boris calls home is awash with vibrant colours and aromas. From floral lavender to pungent mushrooms and sweet honeycomb, Boris will discover a world full of scents as he explores. While Boris’s nose will initially be more sensitive to stronger smells, his experiences with the flora and fauna of the park will eventually allow him to filter these out so that he can focus on tracking specific trails, such as those of his wayward brothers and sisters.
Inspired by nature
Founded in 2013, Wild Sheep Studio is a twelve-person team based in Montpellier. The studio originally formed to work on the ambitious open-world PlayStation-exclusive WiLD, but following the project’s cancellation, it restructured to focus on smaller-scale independent projects with an emphasis on positivity, memorable characters, and believable worlds. Adorable Adventures’ meticulously crafted environments were directly inspired by the development team’s first-hand encounters with the landscapes and wildlife of the Cévennes National Park, close to their picturesque headquarters in Southern France. Using 3D scans of local plant life and ambient field recordings, Wild Sheep Studio has faithfully recreated the peaceful atmosphere of its deep forests, rugged highlands, and windswept peaks, for a truly immersive player experience.
