The Pokémon Company has announced the health tracking app Pokémon Sleep is now compatible with Garmin Smartwatches.
Players who register and begin tracking sleep data between March 13th and November 1st of 2026 will receive three Poké Biscuits. Additionally two new watch faces will also be available to download at no extra cost.

The Pokémon Company International announced that Pokémon Sleep is now compatible with Garmin smartwatches, giving Garmin smartwatch owners the ability to track their sleep and study Pokémon sleep styles. To commemorate this collaboration and to celebrate World Sleep Day today, watch the new ”Pokémon Awaits — Day and Night!” and “Good Morning with Pokémon Sleep” videos now on the official Pokémon YouTube channel.
Trainers who register and track sleep data on Garmin smartwatches between March 13, 2026, and November 1, 2026, will receive a gift of three Poké Biscuits which can be accepted by tapping the Gift Box icon in the upper right of the in-game menu. Two new Pokémon Sleep watch faces, “Pokémon Sleep: Snorlax & Friends” and “Pokémon Sleep: I Choose You,” will also be available at no cost to download on select Garmin smartwatches via Garmin’s Connect IQ™ Store app. Depending on the remaining Body Battery™ energy levels on the Garmin smartwatch, the selected Pokémon will change to different poses, and every night one of three sleep styles will appear at random!
