“Releasing Kristala has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life as a developer, but watching my team show up day after day to fix issues, listen to players, and push this game forward has been one of the proudest,” says Astral Clocktower Studios Game Director, Alexis Brutman. “To the gamers who had our back while we worked to bring Kristala to a place we all deserve — your patience and feedback have meant everything, and we cannot say enough how much we appreciate you.”
“To honor those early supporters, we’re placing special items in-game for everyone who bought Kristala before the sale begins as a thank you that goes beyond words. The Resurgence Sale itself is an invitation to anyone who’s been waiting to see if Kristala is worth coming back to, or who’s been curious but hesitant. We think it is, and we’re working every day to prove it.”
As for the sale, it will last until June 9th, and players who jump into the game before then will receive the following free rewards:
- Archivist Armor Set: a newly designed full armor set exclusive to the Resurgence event
- Archer Claws: a matching claw weapon set to complement the armor
- Bugged Ring: a beetle-inspired gemstone ring, a self-aware nod to the studio’s post-launch journey
- A Letter of Appreciation: an in-game note from the development team to its players
Additionally, the studio has also teased an upcoming launch of their Kristala Affiliate Program, offering content creators and community advocates a formal way to partner with Astral Clocktower Studios and support the game's growth.
Kristala is currently available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

About:
Set in the cursed world of Ailur, Kristala combines the swift, punishing combat of Dark Souls and Sekiro with a first-of-its-kind stealth system, deep character customization, and a lore-rich narrative built around six distinct feline clans. Players choose their clan, master its elemental magic drawn from the Sacred Six Kristals, and carve their path through Ailur’s dark fantasy world as a fledgling Raksaka warrior. With a dynamic difficulty system that adapts to player performance and a soundtrack featuring heavy metal musician Kasey Karlsen, the game has drawn comparisons to a future cult classic within the soulslike genre.
