Square Enix has announced Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World will be coming to Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on December 3rd, 2026.

First revealed during SQUARE ENIX’s Dragon Quest Day celebration last month, DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Withered World will head to Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S and PC via Steam and Windows on Dec. 3, 2026. The newest addition to the DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS series, DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Withered World features a robust collection of more than 500 new and fan-favorite monsters, evolved graphics and an engaging narrative that follows dual protagonists Bianca and Nera as they embark on a journey to bring the world of Witherwood back to life. No experience with past DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS games is needed to dive into this monstrously fun new adventure.
